After going to two other dealerships and feeling like we were being pushed into a vehicle we did not want because it was a ‘limited offer for today only’ we were pleasently surprised with the respect and candor we were treated with by Cameron and Mike from Folsom Lake Ford. They listened to our concerns and turned our experience into a pleasurable one and we left with the vehicle we wanted at a payment we could afford. This is my husbands first new vehicle and Cameron made this a wonderful experience for him, by working hard to get everything in place in a timely fashion that allowed him to drive off the lot in the truck of his dreams. My husband was so impressed with the sales experience that he has made arrangements to bring his truck to Folsom for all needed service even though there is a dealership closer to our house. We both feel a loyalty to the dealership due to the excellent service we got during the sales experience. We will definately reccomend Folsom Lake Ford to our friends as well as come to them when it is time to trade in my vehicle.
